Hi everyone, I just finished a fresh install of Windows 7 and everything seemed normal. However, when trying to buy a Steam gift card on PayPal, the page doesn’t load correctly. (Other sites work fine.) I’ve used both Firefox and Chrome, but Internet Explorer shows it’s not supported yet—text and images still appear but look distorted. Do you have any advice? Here’s the link to the page: https://www.paypal-gifts.com/us/brands/s...-code.html I also attached a screenshot of how it loads.

This seems like an unnecessary workaround, but attempting to reload the page by holding CTRL and SHIFT while pressing R.

It displays the same for me: Windows 7 with Chrome. EDIT: When you hover over a blue button and drag it away, you should see the link destination, then check the box for the next window and click the right button to finalize the purchase.

Control + Shift + R isn't functioning... I didn't have Steam active when I tried. It seems to work on other devices, though.

Hello, if you're using a bookmark or a link, you could type it into the address bar yourself and press enter to test. https://www.paypal.com If it functions, update your bookmark or favorites link.
