Hi, I configured my OBS and Logitech Capture tools. I stream a 1080p 60FPS game on YouTube using the Logitech Stream Cam at 720p 60FPS. My bitrate is set to 7000 Mbps, but I have 22upload from SpeedTest. Everything functions normally until I click into the game, then the Logitech Camera shuts off. Restarting with Alt-tab or Windows key brings it back on.
My setup details:
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 3700x
Motherboard: ASUS TUF Gaming X570-PLUS
SSD: SX8200
RAM: 32 GB G.Skill F4-3600C18
GPU: EVGA 2080 xc
PSU: Thermaltake Toughpower GF1 850w
Case: Phanteks Eclipse P400A ATX
OS: Windows 10

Which Windows 10 release are you using? Are you checking the BIOS settings for your motherboard? Have you attempted to remove and reinstall your webcam drivers or application?
