For a quick fix, I started using my phone as a Wi-Fi booster and it’s performing well—low latency and no drops. That was a great solution! Thanks to all the people who assisted, it really helps.
Honestly, It might be that the wireless card in your Laptop is terrible, or the spots that the antenna is wired sucks. spend the 40 dollars get a new usb 3 wirless dongle with a usb extention on it and move it around see if that helps, give way better control. I know its not the perfect solution but it should help. extenders can be total trash or cause other networking issues if not good extenders. this is a similar less headache test.
