I just installed a new PC and am facing problems with stuttering when streaming or watching videos on a second monitor, especially during gameplay. Even games like Stardew Valley are affected. I reinstalled the graphics driver and disabled hardware acceleration in both Windows and the browser, but the issue persists.

Hardware acceleration is enabled. I’ve tested different browsers and noticed the problem no longer occurs when using Firefox instead of Chrome.
