New PC, 3-4 months old, the screen freezes when loading images on browsers, Discord or VS Code occasionally. I have to adjust the tab position or resize it for it to work again. Only the image stops working; typing and using apps function normally. I think this could be related to my RAM, even though I ran stress tests before and found no issues. I plan to record it and share it if necessary. PC specs (if needed) are R7 9700X, GTX 970, Neo 6400, Mega transfers CL32, 9070XT. Other details seem less important.
