Opera switched to Chromium after version 12.17. That’s why I remain on that release.

Only browsers not based on Chromium were acceptable, no Chromium-based options.

I dislike chromium and Firefox because they often feel intrusive, lack transparency, and prioritize corporate interests over user needs.

The issues seem to affect the Chromium backend or Firefox, with Safari possibly being the only one impacted.

I don't dislike Firefox, it's merely a simple tool with limited capabilities compared to Opera. If you need more functionality, you'll have to add extensions that make it unnecessarily slow. I use it only occasionally for about 1% of the time it could be helpful. For Chrome, it's clear we're moving toward a monopoly in one of the most risky industries, so I've decided not to join that trend. It's also noticeably more stripped down than Firefox.

I rely solely on Chrome since I've grown accustomed to it.
