The latest version of IE isn't bad in some situations; it can even run faster than Chrome. The only issues I have are its appearance feels a bit off, I can't seem to fix that, it doesn't match the friendly look of other browsers, and it hasn't kept up with newer ones.
Waterfox equals Firefox, Tor equals Firefox (though Tor functions as a network).
