My previous system failed due to a power surge that damaged the motherboard. Now I’m setting up a fresh build. The issue is that the key is already locked on another device, so activation won’t work. It’s not an OEM license—it’s the full version priced at €135 in my region, purchased directly from the Microsoft Store. I’ve already tried using the SSD from my old PC and booting it, but the same problem persists. Need assistance!
