I mean, what the hell triggers this "ghost" effect, like moving up and to the left...? I haven't seen it before... I've adjusted some graphics settings, but nothing changed. Not that it's a major issue, but is this typical?

Normal situation. This relates to the monitor's response time. The greater it is, the more noticeable the ghosting becomes. You can check the response time and its ghosting effect using a UFO test, link: https://www.testufo.com/ghosting

Hey, sorry about that. I even tried a mod to fix it (
https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/6632
), but it didn’t make any difference on the frame counter... Looks like I’ll have to accept it.
😛
Thanks again!

I believe the mod doesn't affect the in-game benchmark, just the actual gameplay.

After additional testing, it is confirmed that the mod does influence the benchmark FPS counter and other in-game fonts, such as those in the elevators. However, it was only discovered later that the accessibility option must be enabled:

Without the mod, this effect applies only to the fonts in the HUD, not to in-game fonts.

Therefore, both the accessibility switch and the mod are required.

With the mod:
Sorry for the delayed response, but I’ve been experiencing headaches from this annoying side effect lately. I promised myself I’d finish it once, even if I had to do it myself. Luckily, the helpful person on zyz232 did it, so congratulations to them.
