Hey there! I see you're just starting with PC gaming and looking for affordable options. Let me know if you need tips on finding budget-friendly games or deals.
You might want to explore demos and free options while you save money. Multiplayer games are worth the investment because Steam offers strong multiplayer features, and you won’t find better value elsewhere. You could hold off on buying until the next sale.
You're at the PCMR, but be aware it charges for games. Quality titles tend to be more expensive.
Also worth looking into Humble Bundle, at the moment you can get the Day of the Devs bundle, and for only $0.01 you get three great games: TumbleSeed Steam reviews: Very Positive 92% of the 55 user reviews on Steam are positive. Grim Fandango Remastered Steam reviews: Very Positive 89% of the 2851 user reviews on Steam are positive. Loot Rascals Includes Soundtrack Steam reviews: Positive 97% of the 39 user reviews are positive You can also get H1Z1 now with the Humble Bundle Monthly option for $12 and in early december you gety over $100 worth of games! I did it this month and got some amazing games!
Humble Bundle is definitely worth checking out. Stay alert and you can stock your Steam collection with a lot of average titles and a few quality picks at a low price—though the best bundle remains around $15, so if you spot something priced high you’re probably in trouble. Avoid using G2A; it harms the community.
I’d also suggest checking Origin as well; there’s usually a game available at the house, currently Steamworld Dig is running, but Origin Access covers most titles. It’s around $5 USD (about £3.99 in the UK) each month, and you’ll get access to the newest games like Battlefield 1 and Titanfall 2. You can view more details on their site.
Origin isn't ideal. It demands regular payments, which conflicts with our setup. My team favors one-time payment options instead. Still, thanks a lot!
