Are there simple methods to boost your Steam progress? You're at level 5 and aim for 8 soon to unlock the summer sale cards, which require being at least level 8.

Have you tried the "Pillar of Community"? It provides experience points and only needs basic profile setup plus a few steps. You can find it under badges as well. Other ways to earn XP include owning games, crafting badges (about 100 XP each), and selling cards. You can also use software that automatically logs in while you own games to earn more cards for selling or using. This method is often called "IdleMaster" and works even without installing the games.

Some badges are seen as low value, like the "Cheap" ones.

Don't be too confident about your choices, just check your cards and identify the ones that fetch the highest prices. Purchase a lot of the inexpensive cards, then create a few badges from them.

CSGO badges are inexpensive, five cards cost just six cents each, and it’s simple to reach five levels.

The goal of leveling up is to progress further in the game by gaining more experience and abilities.

It asked if you could obtain the cards without any cost, but you were at level 8.

The only option is to play the monster game and earn XP after completing the community pillar.
