I've been struggling lately. Over the past couple of years, I've become fixated on earning platinum trophies in every game I play. At first, it gave me a sense of achievement and satisfaction. But now it feels like a burden, a constant task that drains my joy from gaming altogether. It's almost like a curse. I'm not sure how to break free from this cycle, but I know it's affecting me deeply.

Want to have fun? Just lower the difficulty and play!

Maybe it's not just about collecting trophies. When I played on an Xbox 360 with friends, earning achievements often felt more about bragging rights than personal growth. Now that I switched to PC gaming, those kinds of rewards no longer matter much for me.

If you're taking things seriously, it seems this isn't about the games at all—it might be more about you. Consider trying yoga.

Turn off alerts, ignore virtual medals. Does this sound simple enough? Also, there’s another option—just disable notifications for "achievements."

Good luck, man! I hope you find some calm. The key is just to ignore it all.
