It seems to be similar to the fans you're considering. 100Cfm is quite impressive. Silverstones Ap's are also good but might be too noisy for your preference—worth checking out.
Wish I'd read this before ordering. Having a nightmare with these con artists. They never answer emails, they probably lie about stock (3 days and still no product dispatch for items stated as being in stock) Wish I'd never bothered
