Hi everyone, I’ve chosen to build this myself after considering a prebuilt option. If I’m unsure about the outcome, I want to try it out first.
I plan to purchase the board with the 5930K configuration.
I’m planning to get a Watercooling Kit now so I can add a GPU later when I feel more confident setting up a cooling system. I’ve selected the Air 540 Case for this purpose.

Visited EK recently and saw they offer many kits that match the motherboard block well. It really depends on your cooling needs. I don’t think just cooling the CPU and VRMs is enough to justify the effort.
For a less complete kit with more flexibility, consider Swiftech All-in-ones that can be expanded. EK also provides a range of all-in-ones featuring quick-release tubing, so you don’t need to drain the loop when expanding.

This approach helps clarify your needs and justifications, instead of simply following suggestions from strangers. I’m not making any negative comments toward anyone here; my intention is to emphasize the importance of self-education when deciding on purchases based on personal requirements.
It clearly shows an endless array of choices, without doubt. I experimented with closed loop coolers initially, but I postponed major upgrades for years, so I feel the investment isn't squandered. It just provides more insight into possible solutions.
I own a swiftech H240-X with an overclocked CPU and a pair of GTX980 graphics cards, only slightly enhanced with a 120mm radiator. This setup offers sufficient airflow for moderate tasks. I avoided installing a full cover motherboard/CPU block because my CPU wouldn't handle the heat efficiently in such a configuration.
My first attempt was using the Sticky watercooler from Rubix, which is excellent for estimating radiator size and flow requirements.
Looking ahead, I plan to upgrade with solid tubing when relocating the system into a new case. I might also clone my OS onto a larger SSD during this process.

The first one is non SLI, the second is SLI.
I believe I’ve decided for this project that a Micro ATX build would be a good option, especially after seeing that case.
It looks like you're referring to some missing CPU and GPU blocks in the lists.
It looks like the CPU and GPU blocks are not included in those lists. The CPU block is shown as the CPU Cooler, while the GPUs are custom watercooled models of the Asus Strix 980Ti with the GPU blocks already installed and backplates applied.
I've chosen to enhance my existing setup and unlock its maximum capabilities.

I understand it only provides sufficient power for a Custom CPU Loop when Pascal is discontinued, so I intend to upgrade to the latest Top Card in that range and expand the water loop to fully cool the GPU. I believe I'll have a clearer picture then. I don't feel the need to watercool the GPU until I move to SLI, though even cooling one card would be beneficial.
I'm also replacing my PSU with an 850W model, specifically the Corsair AX860i, which should offer ample power and efficiency for Dual SLI and CPU overclocking. Custom PSU cables are still a decision between red or white at this time.

I'm still deciding on its color, but it offers plenty of space for water cooling and looks very appealing.
I believe I'm making the right choice. I was considering X99, but I think I'll wait for the Skylake-E next year. First, I want to fully utilize this CPU and motherboard.
