I just placed an order for a Corsair Obsidian D900 case for watercooling.
My current configuration includes:
MSI X99A GODLIKE GAMING CARBON
i7-6900K
evga 1080 ftw in SLI
Corsair Dominator DDR4 3200MHz 16GB
EVGA SuperNOVA 1000 G2
and I also added:
EKWB EK-XRES 140 REVO D5 PWM (inclusive pump)
EK - SUPREMACY EVO - PLEXI + NICKEL (ORIGINAL CSQ)

For the radiators, you might want to consider options that fit this setup.
I’m planning to use NOCTUA NF-A14 fans around the entire system.
The retailer I’m ordering from is coolerkit.dk, and I’d appreciate it if you could keep things consistent.
Thanks!

■ Two 360 rads, one at the roof and one at the bottom chamber. Strongly suggest using Corsair ML 120 to extend the fan's life. I use Hardwarelabs SR2 360 MP mainly because of its large G1/4" ports.
■ If you prefer NF-A14, opt for six units and apply OptiFlow configuration as detailed on http://www.xtremerigs.net/2015/05/29/har...-review/5/
■ With a D5 pump, you may also need to cool 1080s with the EK FC1080 GTX.
FTW is included in its compatible list.

I plan to cool both GPUs but wonder about the EK xe 360 radiator. Also, can I install a 480mm at the bottom?

I plan to watercool both GPUs but why the EK xe 360 radiator? Can I really fit a 480mm at the bottom? It should work fine. The XE series is designed for high RPM fans, so I recommend gathering as much information as possible before assembly. Details like radius, length, thickness, and placement options will help you understand the ventilation setup.
