Hello, I'm looking to purchase a water cooling system and need some advice. Should I go with the Cooler Master 120V model or the Antec Kuhler H600 Pro?

Most of it isn't related to leaks at all. Many people choose the cheaper, lower-performing closed loop coolers just to claim they watercool...but you can achieve better air cooling results for similar prices. You'll need to invest over $130 to start beating out the good air coolers, and even then, it depends on what you're looking for. If you're after a closed loop cooler to show off liquid cooling, that's one thing. But if you want top performance for your money, you should compare options.

You seek a water cooler because entry-level options provide superior performance at a lower cost, avoiding the danger of leaks.

I haven't heard any complaints about AIO coolers leaking. It's possible, though uncommon, and I haven't encountered it in my experience. I believe the CM cooler received a recent recommendation from Tom.

Most of it isn't related to leaks at all. Many people purchase the cheaper, lower-performing closed loop coolers to claim they watercool...but you can achieve better air cooling performance for roughly the same cost.
You'll need to invest over $130 in order to start matching good air coolers, and even then, it depends on what you choose.
If you're aiming for a closed loop cooler to show you have liquid cooling, that's one option. However, if you're looking for top performance for your money, comparisons are essential.

I've already placed the order, but the seller is out of stock and they're giving me a Cooler Master 120V model. I also ordered an Antek Kuhler H600 Pro.
