I accidentally dropped water on my pc while playing csgo. Right away, I turned everything off as soon as I noticed the water spilling onto the front top side of my case, including the power button and front side fan. Fortunately, nothing appears to have spilled on the components since they were dusty. I checked carefully for water drops and found that only the wires from my PSU on the front and back panel got wet. What should I do?

Make sure everything is dry and wipe it with IPA 90 if needed. Corrosion is caused by salts, minerals in the water.

There isn't a fixed time; it varies based on water levels and weather. I'd inspect it carefully to ensure no water remains, then restart it after a couple of days.
