I’ve experienced the same problem with my old Windows 7 system; switching to borderless fullscreen seemed to help. I recall needing those Chrome tabs, almost every one on there. The UBT borderless option isn’t available, and sometimes it shifts desktop icons while others stay fixed. But it seems to move whatever app is visible on screen, so the display appears only half what’s shown in the screenshot. Thanks for the reply.
