I face an unusual workload even after fully optimizing the Watchdogs Legion settings. My configuration includes a Threadripper 3960x, an RTX 2080 Ti, 64GB of 3200 CL16 RAM, two Gigabyte Aorus Gen4 M.2 2TB drives (providing roughly 4TB in RAID 0 with read speeds around 6-7 GB/s), and an MSI TRX40 Pro board. I run at 1080p resolution, achieving 40-60 frames per second with maximum ray tracing and DLLs enabled at high quality. CPU usage stays low, never exceeding 30%, which is manageable given the 24 cores running at 4.20 GHz. GPU utilization remains below 20% most of the time, with occasional spikes reaching up to 70-80% for a few seconds. RAM consumption sits between 10-12 GB. Most reported issues don’t align with my setup; I’m not concerned about performance, but I’m unsure if something else is limiting my experience. Could there be hidden frame drops or other bottlenecks? The latest drivers from October 30 support Watchdogs Legion.

No need to worry, FreeSync isn't a common feature.
