I was just expressing my frustration over what I saw as an irrational comment. If there’s no criticism, then chances are things will stay the same or worsen. That’s pretty straightforward. Also, Ubisoft dropped the files directly into the game—it’s a clear sign they weren’t using them properly. They were ready to push out a worse product.

Ubisoft understood right away that once the game launched, players would immediately criticize how it didn’t match expectations.

Individuals deserve to voice concerns, yet the inclusion of files in the game remains deeply offensive. As some have suggested before, it appears Ubisoft intended a high-definition release or a remaster but made a mistake by leaving the files behind. This behavior reflects poorly on Ubisoft and should be addressed openly for years to come. The company has clearly suffered reputational damage over the past year. If people claim Ubisoft intentionally acted this way, why wouldn't they keep pushing for awareness of their harmful actions?

Stay calm, everyone. The only solution is for people to halt pre-orders, wait for feedback, and make purchasing decisions based on reviews. Businesses aren’t required to be kind or responsible when customers continue spending money before a product is ready.
