It's generally straightforward to join a game, though I don't play often.
The only platform active here is Ubisoft's service, which they seem to be taking money from us for their products. I purchased it about 4-5 weeks ago, and someone accessed my game—we both exchanged a face palm, which was the deal. So you could definitely find a game there. Rainbow Siege has now been downgraded in graphics, which is great news for Ubisoft!
