I just installed a new PC and wanted to know the optimal Watch_Dogs configurations for this setup: Sapphire 280 Dual-X OC Intel Core i5 4460 at 3.20 GHz, WD Caviar Blue 1TB SSD, and Kingston HyperX Fury 4x2 GB Seasonic power supply.

My setup runs at 60 fps with minor drops to 45 during acceleration (optimization challenges). Acceptable, but limited.

Likely hitting the ground directly. Don't attribute it to your equipment, really—it's just because the developers are working on it.

You need to boost your 680's clock speed to run the game smoothly. Since it's an NVIDIA title, expect challenges at a medium setting and possibly some compromises.
