I tried the worst mod, added the "normal camera" file, and set ultra in the render settings, but the game still looks unchanged. Did I make a mistake?

The "mod" has received a lot of exaggerated attention; sometimes noticeable changes appear, other times it seems almost identical. Additionally, many of the images circulating online utilize SweetFX.

I believed adjustments were applied under "High" rather than Ultra (the setting in the INI file) to activate it, unless a different version had modified that.

When the headlights create shadows, it suggests the mod is active. Additionally, I overlooked finding the texture details in the display settings, which is why the suit classification feels off.
