A10 in the processor's title? Unless it's an Apple gadget, it's likely an older AMD APU built around 2014. It could be one of the top choices in its category, though it won't boast being the absolute best with a dated design. Whether it's worth considering hinges on finding solid CPUs (i5 or better) at reasonable prices, which is probably not feasible since such parts usually command higher costs than Ryzen options without much room for improvement. The Z170-A paired with an i5 6600k, for instance, is around $200, but the CPU itself often adds about $150.
