On my old computer, after applying updates, rollback was saved in the LCU folder but I regularly removed it because it was just consuming memory unnecessarily. After installing a new version today on my current computer, I tried deleting it but didn’t find the LCU folder in the service folder. I found a discussion about newer Windows 11 versions that no longer include the LCU folder. Is this accurate or are rollbacks now stored elsewhere? I’m using 24H2.

It's not smart to remove any parts connected to Windows Update unless Microsoft instructs you. If your storage is running low, you should upgrade to a larger drive. Continuing this way could eventually lead to problems down the line.
