Was dein Prozessor im Ofen?
I purchased a thermal grizzly kryosheet to swap out the thermal paste for my CPU. The system was functioning properly before installation. After shutting down, disconnecting all power sources, removing the cooler, and placing the sheet, I ensured it didn’t contact any board components. The only action that might have helped was positioning the sheet on the case. Now, when I attempt to power on the PC, there’s no electricity detected. It’s strange because the Ethernet switch lights are on, USB devices show power, and my GPU is receiving power, yet the motherboard display remains off and pressing the power button yields nothing. I’ve re-seated components, shorted power pins, and used a different PSU—so what happened? Did I damage my CPU or my motherboard?
