Not connected when I began, after switching to auto and going online I was seeing around 8 frames per second. On the campaign at 800x600 it was about 25 fps. I think the delay is near 30 fps.

It's the HD440 model. The video you watched probably used a dedicated graphics card, not just one built into the CPU. Verify your storage devices on the Intel website, as the HD4400 should work well with your display resolution.
