Infinity add claim applies based on the entire squad, not just the host. It reflects an average across all units.

Someone on YouTube made a video about this. I tried it with both high and low KD, and noticed a clear difference. I can confirm that too. Two of my brothers are under 5 KD. When we play in trios or quads, you can rely on a less experienced lobby. We do have them sending invites, but I haven't really figured out if it matters who starts the game.
