It seems clear that the AMD Phenom II 955 won't handle Warzone properly, especially at low settings.

You can initiate the game by launching it, which takes you into the actual game, though there might be no usable experience due to low performance (under 1 fps) and missing assets.

Could the performance issue stem from the game being CPU-intensive?

Just because it's running on an old CPU doesn't mean a Phenom II can handle even Witcher 3 well, and the game isn't designed for high performance.

These phenomena don't support AVX, and most DX12 games like Modern Warfare use AVX instructions, making the answer likely no.

It never will launch a warzone because there are no instructions to start the game. That means it won’t happen. Even if it could, a 955 would lack the power to maintain stable 30fps, regardless of other features.

It seems the computer likely requires a substantial upgrade.
