Your game appears to have a noticeable blur effect. Despite using 1080p resolution, medium to high settings, the badges and textures seem less sharp than expected.
The game features a lot of film grain and a "film smaa" effect, which I turn off. Sometimes distant textures become very grainy.
I'm still dealing with the same problem. No solution has been found yet.
The game encounters problems with the settings each time it launches. It always opens in full screen without a border and the render scale is reduced. There seems to be no way to maintain my preferred settings consistently.
