Hi there. I've been dealing with this issue for a while, thinking it would be temporary. I recently upgraded my graphics cards due to low FPS in Warzone. Checking the control panel confirmed my GPU was at 0-4% usage, and the NZXT Kraken display on my pump showed the same numbers. When I switch to Rust or Counter-Strike, the GPU returns to its normal 50-60% usage and performs well. Warzone seemed terrible before the upgrade but looks just as bad now. Right now I'm doing a clean install of both Battle.net and Warzone to check if it resolves the problem.

Anyone have any suggestions for why this is happening only with Warzone?

Specs:
I9 9900K
3080 TI
32 Gigs RAM
2x 2T M.2 drives
Ample fans and cooling system.

I've noticed many posts from players expressing concerns about Warzone's performance. It seems the game might not be well optimized. Apart from the driver and graphics settings, there aren't many other factors to consider. Do you have a single player AAA game to test? If so, how does the GPU handle it? Even older titles like Shadow of the Tomb Raider or Battlefield V are...

My brand and model of PSU is unknown. The resolution and detail settings for Warzone are not specified. Using MSI Afterburner OSD to check GPU and CPU utilization without the system panel is a valid approach, as mentioned in the reference link.

I own a 1200 Watt EVGA G2 with 1080p settings and minimal adjustments. After installing MSI afterburner, the CPU was at 60% GPU usage at startup. When I reinstalled the game, the render resolution increased by 175%, but now the GPU is functioning properly and the game displays correctly again. I’m not sure if it’s related to the game’s code or something else. Thanks!

It seems your GPU should operate between 60 to 100 percent during gameplay.
