Woot has the "Seasonic Electronics Vertex GX-1000 1000W 80 Plus Gold ATX Fully Modular Power Supply" for $160. I'm curious about the warranty, as they claim not to be an authorized reseller and I received an email from them. It seems like these offers are often limited-time deals.
Woot belongs to Amazon. It seems to be the 'Renewed' version, usually covered by a 90-day Amazon warranty.

I’m hoping it’s a good choice.
Seasonic stands out as the sole PSU OEM/brand providing a transferable warranty. However, this detail remains undisclosed.
Still, Vertex is a solid choice for PSU.
It includes a 12-year warranty and offers superior build quality compared to the Focus line, though it falls short of the PRIME line.
By the way, I'm currently using two PRIME units (see specs/pics in my profile).
