My Computer Details:
i5 6600K processor
GTX980Ti graphics card
16GB of RAM
One internal m.2 Windows drive
One 480gb gaming drive
A single display (Acer XFA240)
This issue began approximately two days ago. Previously, everything functioned correctly, and it coincided with a Warframe event weekend when I connected an inexpensive secondary monitor to watch videos during gameplay. It connected successfully, I adjusted the monitor settings, and started Warframe. That's when the difficulties arose.

The game would redirect to the launcher, and after clicking “play” within the launcher using my regular settings, it consistently crashed on the initial loading screen. Subsequently, the entire computer became unresponsive, and even pressing Ctrl Alt Delete had no effect. I forced a shutdown of the PC and repeated the previous steps. It failed to resolve the issue. One instance of this crash triggered a blue Windows error message (related to sending diagnostic files). I disconnected the secondary monitor and attempted the steps again; this time only the game froze. I was able to use Alt Tab to switch applications and close Warframe. I reinstalled the graphics drivers three times, twice using a tool to completely remove all Nvidia drivers from my system. After reinstalling Warframe, I managed to log in briefly but the same problem persisted afterward. I am attempting another installation, though I anticipate it will be unsuccessful following the first attempt. Perhaps connecting the second monitor changed the computer's settings? The event is concluding soon, and my weekend has been a complete loss.

You forgot to mention the make and model of your PSU as well as it's age. I'd look at that first. Which version of the OS are you on(assuming Windows 10)?
