Warcraft 2 does not force you to play on a big screen by itself. It works just fine in normal mode too.

I keep getting a message that says Fullscreen is not supported because it thinks your monitor is connected to a different GPU than the one used for the game. Obviously I'm right there with it, though I wasn't using a different card before and everything worked great before all those updates to the game and Nvidia drivers. Any clue on how to fix this so my game works like normal again?
