I'm using a Ryzen 5 5600G with an ASUS Prime 450ii, 16GB DDR4 3200, and an EVGA 1650 Super 4GB. I'm aiming for smoother frames and sharper visuals. I'm considering the 2060 12GB but unsure if it suits my games. My backup choice is the 3060 12GB. I don't think I need major upgrades beyond what's already there, but here are some ideas.

Why not opt for a 3090 Ti if you want better performance? Models like 2060 and 3060 are on the lower side.

I’m using a TV as a monitor until we have more space. The games I play are shaking and I’m only getting about 30 frames per second. I’m not sure what I’m seeing when I buy something new.

I understand these games don’t restrict CPU much, even when the GPU is fully loaded with memory and cores.

Country budget stays under 600 USD. I own a 450-watt Evaga, but my setup is a Dell XPS—no Dell options in it.
