Really, what’s happening here is confusing. I reached out and talked to support, but they kept insisting it was fine. They insisted it was a digital delivery, which I said was impossible. They just kept pushing back until I had to ask for a manager to remove the listing because it was clearly wrong. They refused to admit it was an error and insisted it was correctly sent. It’s frustrating when people don’t listen.

If they don’t specify clearly, it might be a pick-up code or something similar, and you could take legal action for fraudulent behavior
