The image shows a lot of activity right after waking up. Over the past two to three weeks, whenever it boots from sleep, the CPU fan runs at maximum speed for about ten minutes—regardless of whether I’m using power-saving mode with low performance or my AMD plan. Temperatures are reported at 75 degrees immediately after waking, and there’s no cooling output from the fan during that time. I’ve checked temperatures, tested settings, and even adjusted power plans and removed the side panel to see if pressure helped. The issue remains unclear. I also tried an air cooler I ordered, which should be quieter than the noisy water coolers. My processor is a Ryzen 1700X with an ASUS Prime X370 Pro motherboard, equipped with a Coolermaster MasterLiquid AIO cooler.

It seems your temperature sensor might be broken. Consider resetting the BIOS and installing the newest BIOS for AGESA. Additionally, attempt to reapply the CPU paste.

I didn’t catch the main idea that it isn’t actually hot—it just feels like cold air is blowing in. This happens whether it’s been off for 24 hours or asleep for just 15 seconds. I’ll be switching to a new cooler soon, so the paste will be fresh. Just finished the BIOS update, but there’s no real change. It’s consistently around 75 degrees, not just after startup. Not going down anytime soon.
