Wait for me to launch Task Manager
This began recently while playing games; performance dropped significantly. In Task Manager, CPU usage fell from 80% to 30%, and RAM dropped from 100% to 40%. The Windows 10 logo and spinning effect also lagged during startup. I suspected a virus, ran a scan with AVG, but found nothing.
