I’m not using any port forwarding methods except through my router and firewall. My McAfee antivirus is active, and I’m disabling the VPN while downloading these concerts.
The problem could be related to McAfee. Although I generally don't suggest it, you might want to disable your computer's security software (McAfee) to test connectivity. If you manage to connect after bypassing the error messages, re-enable McAfee and try to whitelist the site.
