I'm facing an issue with League of Legends where pressing ALT-TAB causes the client to drop frames and the game becomes very slow, almost unplayable. Turning on/off vsync in the settings fixes the frame rate to around 200fps, but it still disrupts my play. The problem keeps happening, and I'd like a solution so it doesn't occur anymore. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
