I completed an Ada64 stress test and after roughly 15 minutes the PHC diode reached 53°C. I have an X570 Tachi and an MSI RX 2080 Ventus 8GB OC edition. It’s positioned in the first slot that doesn’t touch but blocks the VRM cooler. What’s the safe maximum temperature? Also, the average temperature is currently 45°C.

I think the maximum temperature in the PCH should be around 90°C. You seem okay.
