These are the EPS connector types: a 4-pin EPS and an 8-pin/4+4 pin EPS. The 8-pin version already supports 384W, so the extra 4-pin isn't essential unless you're doing some LN2 overclocking. It's not harmful to add the other one if it's available, but it's definitely not necessary.
