They can be placed in a location with easy access using quick-release fittings, making upkeep simple. Only the rads need occasional cleaning.

Sounds fine. Keep in mind the Unify lacks iGPU capabilities, meaning you can't leverage the CPU's iGPU for tasks like QuickSync encoding. If you intend to use the iGPU, you'd need to opt for a Strix Z490-E at roughly the same cost. While its VRMs aren't as robust as those on the Unify, it still performs adequately for a 10900K.
