I received the Z590M Gaming X from Gigabyte. Initially I believed the CPU fan was producing a grinding sound, but it’s actually the MB in the upper left corner where the heatsinks are. I suspect one of the capacitors is causing this noise, especially when the CPU runs at its highest clock speed. Is this typical? Does anyone else own a similar MB?

It's common for motherboards to produce coil whine, especially when running demanding tasks like Linpack. While not as frequent as GPU noise, it's definitely possible and could be the issue on your board.

It's entirely secure. The main drawback is its slight noise level.

It's inaudible in the video you posted, so I wouldn't worry about it at all.

Video failed to capture the audio clearly. It was definitely noisy, though you can still hear faint sounds.
