VRM 0°C ?
VRM 0°C ?
checked my PC and looked into VRM temperature to see if upgrading to a higher tier CPU next year would work (planning to get an R7 3800X, which is down from the R7 3700X last month). The CPUID reported odd data while playing a game, it was overclocked to 4.1GHz all cores. VRM temps were at 0°C and output current was 0.00A—anyone explain? Motherboard model is B450 Strix-E.
Could you clarify what you're asking about? I need more details to understand the changes.
Certain apps might display additional temperature readings even though only a few sensors are available on the motherboard. I recently upgraded from 2700X to 3900X on an ASRock B450 Pro4 and it works well for my needs.
