Still having trouble. Since then, I took out my GPU riser so my GPU port was Gen4. Then I put in a PCIe USB extension card and added a powered USB hub. I turned off EXPO, disabled PBO, and swapped out my power supply for a new one (a NZXT C1200). I also reinstalled Windows, going back down from version 24H2 to 22H2. I didn't install any overlay games or the Meta app just yet. I even tried running without some of my USB devices like haptics sticks. It still crashes. I've done OCCT stress tests and nothing has failed there. For now, I'm logging with LatencyMon and HWiNFO to see what happens when things go wrong. Honestly, this whole setup is pretty new; most parts stayed the same: motherboard, RAM, SSD, case (base unit), monitor, VR headset. Everything else like keyboard, mouse, speakers are different from before, so I've done two clean system wipes. If you just want a good mobo, ram, and ssd package, that's all I need right now.

I figured out what was wrong with my computer. The issue came down to needing the right sound cards. I just went to my mom's site and downloaded every single driver available for the board, and now it works perfectly without any issues.

Hey, how was it when you got all those crashes? Like the 141 LiveKernelEvents combined with nvlddmkm.sys crashes?

Fixed after spending a lot of time with iRacing help. Got it solved using LatencyMon once I heard the sound lagging.
