I’d like to introduce her to VR, but she isn’t into games much—she doesn’t grasp the appeal. I believe she’d enjoy a casual experience, just something fun without any waifu or horror elements.

the tilt brush is really interesting too, beat saber is a great one as well.

I considered putting Beat Saber on easy, but I wasn't sure if it would be too challenging.

I would suggest Subnautica, even though it lacks full controller support. It offers a visually impressive experience, particularly with the "Filmic" color filter. P.S. The game gradually introduces some horror elements as you progress through the late and mid-game stages, which is attributed to the intense predators you encounter and the game's immersive atmosphere.
