I’m not very familiar with Pritunl, but it seems unlikely to help here. To avoid VPN detection, you’d need the VPN running on port 443 so no clues are left, making the router think it’s a secure site. I’d suggest flipping the settings—VPN on 443, web panel on 80—but this is just my take. For my setup, I use OpenVPN Access Server; it’s free for two devices and handles switching between ports automatically when normal access is blocked.
