For light usage such as gaming, a Ryzen 3000/5000 at around 1.45V works well. When performance demands increase with tasks like Cinebench or Blender, aim for closer to 1.3V or lower.

It might be my mistake since I adjusted the PBO settings, yet the voltages stayed the same but clocks, boosts, and wattage increased. In AIDA 64, we’d aim for 1.3 volts.

I'm using a multimeter to check the voltages. For the same stress test, it shouldn't operate at such a high voltage.

Usually you don't require much power, 1.30v works just fine for any purpose if it runs at stock. Overclocking is a different matter altogether. In reality, my 3600x chip performs well at stock with around 1.25v's, and temperatures stay comfortably within limits even when under load.
