I designed my setup using a 3900x configuration but am facing issues with overheating. The voltage fluctuates slightly around 1.4V, which isn't ideal. I'm unsure if this is normal and need to verify the cooling setup—my P360 system includes an additional GPU, and it's water-cooled with a loop order of GPU → CPU → RAD → RAD → pump.

Don't mix GPU and CPU without a cooling solution. Otherwise the CPU stays in hot water from the GPU. You might lower the CPU voltage, but be careful—benchmark first, as too low can hurt performance. That isn't really solving the issue.

Here, the sequence of loops doesn't affect the outcome since the water never reaches 60 degrees.

Heat transfer speed depends on the gap between temperatures, with warmer liquids releasing less warmth. Also, a temperature of 60°C is extremely high; devices like Asetek AIOs can only handle up to 50°C.

It's likely the issue stems from excessive power consumption by your CPU, especially since the CPU module isn't designed for 105 V DPAT chips.

Temperature readings aren't the same as water levels. I can experience throttling at 100°C across various cores while maintaining a 45°C water temperature.

1.4V reaches its limit around 160W from the CPU, or 175W when measured via the EPS power cable (VRM efficiency matters). If this feels like too much power, keep an eye on the 9900k's 250W+ draw during overclocking. TDP is often misunderstood.

Discussing a 9900k with 95W TDP is typical. Zen 2 supports up to 1.47V during brief, intense tasks, which can even affect cursor movement.
